Happy Songkhran!
Well it looks like its all over. Thank god casualties were much lower than looked likely when this all kicked off. It could have been much much worse. My thoughts are with families of those who residents who died and those who were injured in the fighting. Lets hope Thailand returns to normal now. People are back on the streets doing what they should be doing this time of year, enjoying Songkran.
I won’t be posting any more updates but I will leave this tumblr online as a historical record. Thanks to all those who posted updates to twitter, uploaded photos online, and live blogged.
